young girls and women to be successful leaders.
Education
Our Economic Development and Empowerment Program focuses on the link between economic development and education. In our program, students learn the importance of education and how preparing for college and/or a career is important.
Empowerment
Program participants learn the skills they need to be viable contributors to the future workforce. They also receive training in financial literacy, economic and community development and a broad range of skills that will help them be great female leaders.
Mentorship
We partner with community leaders in a variety of ways to educate and inspire our girls. At the end of each 16-week cohort, students must prepare and present a vision board to family and friends, detailing their aspirations for the future.
Our mission is to help young girls and women lead productive lives in their communities by providing cultural, social, spiritual and educational development.
