Our mission is to help young girls lead productive lives in their communities by providing cultural, social and educational development . We believe children are our future, and we must prepare them early to be great future leaders.

Our Story

The Foundation of HOPE, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization was established to help women and young girls. The first program launched under the foundation was the Economic Development and Empowerment Program for girls. The program serves girls living in low-to-moderate income households. The goal is to teach them to be viable contributors to the future workforce. The program covers topics including addressing low self-esteem, bullying, social media, workforce development, economic and community development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and more.


Keasha Haythe

Our President

Ms. Haythe is a Certified Economic Developer, a national recognition of professional skill mastery that denotes the highest levels of professional attainment and a commitment to continued growth. She is owner of Zoe Economic Development Group, LLC. She is a member of many professional organizations and served on a number of public and nonprofit boards including the Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center, Maryland Economic Development Foundation, Maryland P3 Marketing Board, Minority Achievement Task Force and the Local Management Board. Ms. Haythe serves as Immediate Past President of the Maryland Economic Development Association Board of Directors. In 2015, she received the Daily Records Top 100 Women Award and in 2012 she was recognized by the Daily Record as one of their leading women under 40.
